RCA does not provide the same customer service many do – their resources have become notoriously limited since the late 80′s. Most warranties for RCA are one year, parts and labor, but there are a number of exceptions. Note that there is absolutely no coverage beyond this period from RCA. RCA-specific parts will have to be paid for in full, on top of labor.
