We highly appreciate your business and are willing to always go the extra mile in order to satisfy your needs. Please be considerate of the fact that we serve thousands of customers. For the best customer experience please maintain all receipts and documents pertaining to a repair or purchase. Warranty documentation and original receipts required for all warranty repairs to be authorized and completed, otherwise normal repair costs may be enforced.

General in store customer disclaimer:
- To all customers, all sales are final.
- Transactions are not refundable and do not qualify for price match.
- All sales on DLP bulbs are final.
- Buy one get one free offers for vacuums are on qualifying purchases of $700.00 and above.
- Buy one get one free offers for televisions are on qualifying purchases of $1000.00 and above.
- Diagnostic charges are non refundable. Diagnostic applies full towards the repair of items parts and labor costs.
- If authorized refunds may be subject to a 50% processing and restocking fee.
- Customer items (TV’s, Vacuums, Sewing machines…) left past 30 days of the completion of repair will be donated to charities, disposed of, or sold to cover the cost of repair.
Disclaimer for television repair customers.
- Our Service call is free as long as we perform the repair. If customer decides not to repair their television with us we collect a trip charge of $50.
- If the customer’s television is repaired in home we collect the parts and labor costs on the spot.
- If the television cannot be repaired in the customer’s home we may need to take the components or television as a whole to our store or service center where we have more tools and resources to complete the repairs. Customer are then called with the total for parts and labor if it is above the amount collected for diagnostic.
- The diagnostic fee is nonrefundable but will be applied completely toward the repair for parts and labor. We will not do anymore work beyond the collected diagnostic unless the customer authorizes those additional charges.
- We do not quote repair times, repair time is based on availability of parts and shipping time when necessary.
- The technicians are not authorized to quote repair times or prices, they are technicians all other matters are handled by the service manager or a service representative reached at (303) 770-6321.
- We will call you once your television is repaired.
- It is our intention to get the television repair performed in the shortest time possible.
- Any additional repairs should only be carried out by qualified engineers or technicians. Please be careful, as all electrical equipment is potentially dangerous when dismantled.
